Look I’m one of those guys that just loves basketball in general I do have a fav team and it’s Boston and yea we got beat ect…It is what it is.Im rooting for Kobe just cause I believe in the game today hes just what a super star should be and hes fun for me to watch(Old Jordan fan)But anyway my question is this.Paul Pierce in the Chicago season and the Orlando season when he got the ball and went to dribble he would fumble it almost play hot potato with it..in the basketball world known as butter fingers.Any one else notice this and if so mayb a small hand injury?I also believe we should have played walker hes a very gifted athlete and yea young but still let him play see what he can do defensivly on howard with the hops he has.Glad we dint get swept by clevland lol.We should have a fairly strong year next year if Kg and powe r healthy and powe resighns…But r bench def got some exspirence under their belts.Jus so far been a amazing season and playoffs and def gunna be a great finals no matter who is there.I love basketball!Oh yea please stop talking about the dam red sox and ortiz and steriods.It’s already the most boring sport ever..there all drugys and its a shit sport in my eyes.Its the one sport where u can really be out of shape and still play,they even let u have a runner if your to fat and slow???thats a joke if u cant run the bases u shouldnt play.Ortiz is a fat piece of **** and he knows it…and no im not a yankees fan im just a baseball hater.little venting sorry but yea paul pierce?
Well Paul Pierce did have an injury. He had bone spurs that may need to be removed with surgery this off season. I also would’ve liked to see Walker get some playing time, but he is a rookie and most of the games the Celtics had were all close and you don’t really want to put an inexperienced rookie in a close game. I agree with you about Cleveland. Obviously I’m upset the Celtics lost to Orlando, but now they don’t have to face the Cavs, who they would’ve lost to. Overall, it was a good season in regards to the development of Rondo and Big Baby. Next season, when everyone is healthy, the Celtics can make another run at a championship.
1. Pierce had lots of drive that he dribbled past defenders, both Bulls and Magic.
2. I doubt any of the Celtics doesn’t have some injury by now. OK, maybe Mikee Moore has splinters from the bench.
3. Powe should be back because he was hurt and will have limited value on the free agent market.
4. Davis could go anywhere that the money is good according to WEEI in Boston.
5. Go Nuggets. Boston’s basketball season is now limited to cheering against the Lakers.
6. Go Red Sox. Because it’s Boston.

The Celtics are a completely different team without KG, but it has proven to be a real nice team nevertheless, only one game away from the conference finals. Anyway, the Celtics should be good next year again, even without KG, but keeping Glen Davis is a priority for them.
btw, Boston is a baseball city, and no one beats the Red Sox, even though the Celtics have more NBA titles than anyone else. Same goes for the Pats and Bruins.
