Question by Lois Griffin: What are the key differences between Obamacare and Medicaid? As most of us know, Medicaid does NOT cover 100% of those who can’t afford health insurance. If Obamacare is passed, will it cover EVERY person who can’t afford health insurance? or will it be similar to medicaid, where it only covers a fraction of the uninsured?
